I was born in Genova, Italy, I attended the medical school at the University of Genova, Italy, where I completed my medical degree in 2001 and Pediatric specialty training in 2006.

I acquired a large experience in pediatric hematology and transplantation of hematopoietic stem cells, working as a specialty physician in the pediatric stem cell transplantation unit of Gaslini Children Hospital in Genova, Italy and in the Immuno-hematology and bone marrow transplant unit at the San Raffaele del Monte Tabor Hospital in Milan, Italy.

In January 2014, I joined the team of Eurocord / Monacord in Monaco as a research physician.

I am the mother of 2 girls, Federica and Camilla. I speak Italian, English and French.

I love playing padel tennis, swimming, travelling, contemporary art and  Italian food.
